Introduction to Your Agreement

Your Responsibilities as a User

Eligibility: You affirm you are at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent.
Account Information: You commit to providing accurate, current, and complete registration information.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities under your account.
Notification: Promptly inform Work Mind AI of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Compliance: Adhere to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Acceptable Use Guidelines

Prohibited Content: Do not post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
Misconduct: Refrain from engaging in harassment, stalking, or any form of personal attack.
Spam & Unsolicited Mail: Do not send unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).
Malware: Do not upload or distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other destructive or disruptive code.
System Interference: Do not disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Work Mind AI website, systems, resources, accounts, passwords, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the site.
Unauthorized Access: No attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of Work Mind AI.
Intellectual Property Rights: Do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of Work Mind AI or third parties.
Reverse Engineering: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any software provided on or through the website.
Data Harvesting: Automated data collection (scraping, crawling) without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
